These sessions are all about keeping you on track. We’ll check your progress, make any needed tweaks to your treatment, and keep working toward your goals—one step at a time.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel any of your booked sessions, you need to make a request at least 12 hours prior to the start of class time, for a class to be transferred to another date, without loss of payment. Please note that cancellations will not be eligible for monetary refunds. Any payments made can only be credited towards a future class, subject to availability and within the valid rescheduling period.
