Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel a booked appointment, you need to make a request at least 12 hours prior to the appointment time, for treatment to be transferred to another date, without loss of payment. Please note that cancellations will not be eligible for monetary refunds. Any payments made can only be credited towards a future appointment, subject to availability and within the valid rescheduling period.
